Failed references on checkin (1006)

This error occurs in CDCplus when a user tries to create a relation between two objects with insufficient permissions. To successfully create a relation, the user must have the permissions ADD_CHILD_RELATIONS on the parent and ADD_PARENT_RELATION on the child.
